PG7-PG48 nylon adjustable cable glands, PG plastic compression glands IP68 connectors for electric equipment are a kind of cable entry system connecting cable to termina equipment (distribution box) to provide optimal strain relief to prevent the cable from pull-out and protect electrical or electronic components inside the equipment against the ingress of dust, water, weak acid & alkaline, oil, solvents, etc.
They are popularly used for connecting and fastening flexible cables or wire on electrical equipments, moving machineries, telecommunications, network communication, automatic control, power supplies, switches, motors, distribution boxes, solar PV modules, surveillance cameras, plant engineerings, installations, meters and instruments, etc.
How to use:
Mount the cable gland to the pre-drilled panel hole and fix it on board with locknut, insert the cables through the rubber seal and then tighten up the sealing nut to hold cables in position.
