Anti-bend protecting cable gland, also known as anti-bend protecting cord grip or anti-flex protecting cord connector, is supplemented with a spiral torsion-resistant mechanism, an important safety feature that is mostly applied to manual or mobile equipment to avoid excessive twisting and damage to the cable outlet. Combined with the anti-loosening compression nut structure that can maintain a high torque, it has a strong tensile strength and perfect airtightness. Widely used in electronics, motors, lighting, communications, automation equipment and detection and sensing instruments, etc. on the outlet hole, to provide waterproof and fixed tensile, anti-bending better products.
Its main role is to make the line smooth, so that the cable to keep sealing, and to ensure the insulation level of the cable joints, so that it can operate safely and reliably. If the sealing is not good, not only will the oil leakage cause the oil-impregnated paper to dry out, but also the moisture will invade the inside of the cable, so that the paper insulation performance degradation. The unique groove design avoids direct contact between the threads and the O-ring, preventing abrasion and achieving a better sealing effect.
